What Hear2Heart is

Hear2Heart is a non-clinical listening service for adults. Our listeners provide respectful conversation and empathetic listening, not diagnosis, psychotherapy, medical treatment, or emergency intervention. Please contact qualified professionals or local emergency services when you need those forms of support.

Who can book

Sessions are for adults aged 18 and over.

How booking works

• You send a booking request. This is not a confirmed session.
• We email you a proposed time and a payment link.
• Your session is confirmed once your payment goes through.

Price and payment

The Listening Session: 60 minutes · US$20, paid through PayPal. [To be confirmed] Whether taxes or PayPal fees apply in your country.

Changing or cancelling

If you need to change or cancel, reply to your confirmation email as early as you can. [To be confirmed] Our notice period and refund rules are still being finalised. Until they are published here, we handle each request individually and fairly.

During the session

Sessions last 60 minutes. Your listener will start warmly, let you guide the conversation, and end on time. Either of you may end a session early if it is no longer respectful or safe.
